Have you recently been diagnosed with a bone stress injury—commonly known as a stress fracture or stress reaction? While these injuries can feel like a major setback, they also provide an opportunity to regroup, reassess, and restore balance so you can return to what you love—stronger than before.

Too often, athletes are simply told to rest for a few weeks and then “gradually return” to their sport. But what does that actually mean? As both a physical therapist and someone who’s personally experienced bone injuries, I know this advice lacks concrete guidance—both for what to do while healing and how to transition back safely. Rest alone often leaves gaps in recovery, increasing the risk of reinjury. And in my 10 years of experience, I’ve seen that everyone’s definition of “gradual return” is different—usually, it’s not gradual enough!

That’s where the RESTORE: Bone Injury Program comes in.

How It Works:

🦴 Phase 1: After diagnosis, we’ll create a personalized plan for safe activity during the initial healing phase.
🦴 Phase 2: We’ll meet three more times as your recovery progresses, gradually preparing you to return to full activity.
🦴 Phase 3: Once cleared for full activity, we’ll have one final session to ensure you’re truly ready—strong, confident, and pain-free.
🦴 Phase 4: To prevent reinjury, we’ll continue working together through three months of coaching, helping you rebuild smartly and stay injury-free.

This program fills the gap in traditional recovery approaches—because getting back to your sport shouldn’t be a guessing game. Let’s make sure you return better, stronger, and more resilient than ever.
