eFAQ-4: "Who do you work with?"

Ah, yes, the “ideal client” question.  This one comes most often from a few people who have really helped me to develop my business and mindset (thanks, sister!), as a thought-provoking question.  But also, just from curious people who want to know if we are the right fit for each other.

Female runners are my jam!  (sorry, guys!)  I thoroughly enjoy the intricacies of working with and developing female runners and athletes, especially from a young age; the combination of science and art, of physical and mental aspects, of similarities and profound differences compared to male athletes – it’s exciting to me.  The female body is incredibly resilient and adaptable.

If you are active, relatively healthy, and seeking change in your fitness/wellness routine, let’s talk.  We may be a match; and if not, I will connect you with someone who is, rather than forcing it just so I can make a few bucks.  (Yes, I have worked with male runners, and with non-runners – these are people who I have already established relationships with and we know that we work well together). Never be afraid to ask :)

If you are a:

  • female runner who is currently injured, or has had a string of injuries that you just can’t figure out,

  • a mama who wants to keep running during pregnancy or get back at it post-partum,

  • a teenage girl still learning how to train in her changing body,

  • a masters athlete looking to keep on groovin’ for as long as possible …

    … we NEED to talk.

YOU are the one I want to work with.

YOU are the one who completes my team, and keeps me passionate about my work.

YOU are the match for me, and I hope I am for you too.
