Tri-Peak Performance Program (TP3)

A comprehensive, multidisciplinary program designed to enhance your athletic training & performance with Megan James, Theresa DeLorenzo & Holly Serrao.

We are firm believers in the mind-body connection and truly believe that in order to function at our best, we cannot address these areas in isolation. In our respective professional disciplines, as well as in our personal lives and athletic careers, we have noticed the profound impact that occurs when individuals are treated holistically... and when they are not.

Unfortunately, much of modern-day medical treatment does not operate in this holistic fashion; instead, treatment is often focused on an isolated area or addresses one specific symptom without looking at the individual as a whole. And because every aspect of our being is connected, we feel this approach is frequently missing the mark. It can also be quite time-consuming, leading to countless appointments with several providers for varying symptoms and issues that are believed to be separate and disconnected – in a sense, our modern medical system is not able to see the forest for the trees.

Our wellness program, TP3, operates differently. When you sign up for a TP3 program, you will get the whole picture. Three doctorally prepared practitioners from three fields – nutrition, physical therapy and psychology – will work with you as a collaborative team to assess your needs, identify specific goals, and provide you with skills and interventions to help meet your long term health and fitness goals.

All programs continue for a duration of 3 months, and include ongoing collaboration & communication between all three providers.

Dr. Holly Serrao is a licensed psychologist with specific training in sports psychology. She is a co-owner of Capital Area Psychological Services.

Dr. Theresa DeLorenzo is a registered dietitian and certified yoga instructor. She is the founder & owner of Nutrition for Optimal Performance.

Dr. Megan James is a physical therapist and certified running coach. She is the founder and owner of Immersion PT.
